After dreaming, before you open your eyes, try to reconnect with the dream. Try to hold on the symbols, images, the feelings and sensations of your dream.

Then write each down in a dream diary as soon as you can. It is better to do it as soon as you open your eyes so you will not loose any of the dream's sensations.

How can you do this?

I awake every morning to the alarm, so basically it is a rude awakening lol. I don't even remember dreaming when I wake except for Wednesday morning, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't a dream par sai. I slept in and was running late to get son to school and I was woken by someone calling my name. I was saying yes, as in answering, as I came concious.

The only other time I have remembered a dream was when I was in my mid 20's and had the same dream for about 2 weeks, no variations, just constanly the same.
