Ok first off I know very little about dream interpretation. Which is why I am here. Last night I had a dream, which was very wierd for me since  I hadn't had a dream in a long time.

The dream started with me at a basketball game that was packed with many people. I wasn't playing in the game but, I was on the baseline watching. Then my sister who was dressed in gothic clothing, with a red symbol on her back kept coming to me and saying "Your not going to tell mom and dad I'm with my friends right?" I never answered her as if I was just going to tell our parents. She was with other people wearing the same exact clothing. Although, she nor her friends are gothic at all.

Then I was at a football stadium and I was following a gator (it's a small little car that drives around the stadium) because this white sweatshirt that I guess he had on his gator was mine. When I finally got this guy's attention I told him he had my sweatshirt and and he said "O if I have it it's probably in this black garbage bag." So I entered the bag and it was like I was underground in a place full of lost stuff. I felt clausterphobic and I kept looking, for this sweatshirt I have never seen before, but, for some reason when I was in this place it's like I forgot what I was looking for because instead I felt I was looking for a book. I found the book I was looking for and then realized NO, I have to find the sweatshirt.

Then I pulled out of the bag and found I was at the basketball game that was now empty. Then my sister was there and said "Your not going to tell Mom and Dad I'm with my friends, Right? I ignored her again. Then found myself at a diffrent basketball court. Which I found me talking to my best friend who had arrived on time to play basketball but, it was very surprising to me that he had came.

I then heard three people come into the gym, (there was already alot of people here) and they went around asking people if they wanted to join there gang, or something, like will you fight with us. They never asked me as if they already knew I would say no.  They asked people that I knew in real life, and they were all saying yes we will. Then these 3 people and all the others that has said yes all went out into the streets. Everyone even the people that weren't asked followed them. They then stopped and turned around saying get Dan. Then everyone started screaming "Yes, get Dan he will fight." I then walked back into the gym , to see Dan sitting there depressed with his hand over his face. In real life this Dan had been stabbed earlier this week in a fight.

Ok now Dan I never heard an answer from him as if he would join these kids and I had no clue where he went or what. Then I found myself in front of a school where more kids were talking about joining this gang. I found myself running and when I was running I had saw someone who I had saw at the gym and was so excited to see him because he is my favorite Professional Basketball Player who looked alot younger then he does now. He asked me "Whats going on here?" I said "These guys just want people to join their gang' He said "o man screw that." I said "I know"

Then I found myself at this building it looked like a doctor's waiting room inside but, there were tons of people inside having a good time. I went in and started talking to the basketball player again, as if we were good friends. We actually were talking about the Utah Jazz, the team he plays for, and what roster moves they were going to make this off season, wierd part was. The moves he was talking about seemed very realistic as if they could happen. But, then a girl came up and sat beside me. It was the girl i've been in love with since the second I had seen her. I am  not dating this girl or even speaking to her often at all. That's why it was so wierd, she seemed very happy to be talking me, and very excited. She had a notepad with her and she was asking me questions like it was a survey. We both were having fun with the questions. In the end I was talking to her, then I looked over to the Basketball player and said "Why are you here anyway?" He said " I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for this thing I saw on Opera." Then he turned on the TV and we watching some amateur movie that said was made by my sister. That I think was about our family, but I'm kind of unsure on that.

I know this is alot of dream detail but, I just want to what anyone can tell me about it.

I feel that expecting a response only one hour after you posted this is hardly realistic, and the need to wait for a few days is much more likely, especially when your dream is given in such precise detail.

Without going into any great length with my response, I feel that there is quite a fierce sense of rivalry or conflict going on between yourself and your sister (amongst others who may be represented by your sister). Your sister in this dream appears to be challenging your right as her brother to have a say in what is her life to live as she sees fit, and in making important decisions on her behalf about where she should go, and with whom she should go out with.

Without doubt there is a lot of anger and frustration being expressed symbolically in this lengthy dream at the very least between the two of you, and I believe that this comes as a wake up message for you both to do whatever you possibly can to heal the growing rift between you, before this all gets completely out of control and you really hurt each other's feelings to the point where your relationship with her is no longer recoverable.

I am not a qualified psychologist myself, but these are only some of the many possible interpretations which could be placed upon this dream of your's. In the end, you are always the best possible interpreter of your own dreams because they are written in the almost unique language of your own unconscious mind. Your interpretations of these dream symbols could potentially be very different from mine. I hope that other members will read this, and possibly notice some important detail that I have missed.

Hoping that this has at least provided you with a possible general direction in which to further explore and hopefully by doing better understand the messages contained within the dream.

PS: I doubt whether the part of your dream about Dan had anything to do with it's overall message, other than to again emphasise the danger involved when a person's anger gets out of their control (is Dan OK?).

Our dreaming minds often take recent incidents from our waking lives in order to weave them into the fabric of our dreams, mainly for dramatic effect.

Thank you so much!! There has been a problem with my sister, and I kind of tell her what boys she should and shouldn't date. Although, besides that we have a very strong bond. No Danial is not okay he is in the hospital now and we are all hoping for a smooth recovery. Of course he isn't dead. Before I sleep I am very deep in thought with so many diffrent subjects, so sometimes its very hard for me to find overall messages. I also wanted to ask the question, Do you believe that dreams are your thoughts at night or are they simply messages trying to tell you something? I believe dreams are strong and want to give you a strong message! So, at the end of my dream I described this girl that I love, and the building, and the many people, could you tell me what that usually would mean?
P.S. Sorry for my impatience, I post in many forums and seem to get answers within ten min. Of course dreams arn't everyday questions, so it probably should take
