Dear firsttube,

First of all thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us in order to back track our readings and analyze them again, making the right connections this time. And yes, two things are very important here...

The fact that you are a musician, and the fact that there was this figure walking with you but just out of your sight.... Small things may seem insignificant, but if they were important enough to remember, then they are important to the analysis too....

In dreams things normally work on associations and puns... You could still 'look' like her, but as you said in a figurative sense... In any case our interpretations made you look at your dream again. The answer lies within you.

Spirituality and religion are two different things dear friend. (It is interesting for me that you mentioned religion, since I didn't...) I only spoke about Spirituality, and music is an outflow of spirituality. It is the language of the soul.

Religion is built on Laws and Dogma, structured rituals and control. Spirituality is the exact opposite, encompassing freedom of thought, spontaneity and free flow of energies.

Your values are something only you know about....and even if you may perhaps appear 'liberal' on the outside, happy go lucky and nonchalant... any human has principles and codes of conduct they won't violate for anything or anyone.

Perhaps those are the kinds of 'victorian and/or puritan' values you hold, .....which perhaps you have slacked on in the recent past, but now come to hold dear again.

It is not necessarily something religious.

It could even be values to do with your music... (For instance, you could have been creating 'commercial' music for a while, and now decided that this is not who you are and what you are about....that you are an artist and should create from your own soul and feelings, not from a need to produce music that others would necessarily like.)

And perhaps there is a lady in your life right now who has actually 'put you back on track' encouraging you to create YOUR music, not popular music necessarily, but music which will reflect who you are. Many artists start of creating music from their souls...and then as they become successful, begin to create 'commercial' music. Their perspective shifts from creating from within, to creating what they think others would like to hear so it can sell....

It is interesting for me that you mention you are feeling pretty good about the music you are creating now...You think it is even better than in the past....

Thanks Raka for the tip plus middle of the iceberg.

Deborah means "bee" or "strong woman" in hebrew. It can be derogatory meaning a unwelcomed strong woman who has a sting of a bee or a wasp.
In your dream

I understand the tower in the tarot to represent the spine and the awakened kundalini. Kundalini is authenticy.

The mundane is left downstairs.

You and a partner are walking up the stairs - or the kundalini is rising between you as you both sleep.
In your dreaming you find yourselves in the upper room. There one part of your mind is concentrating on a tune, not really disturb by the new presences - maybe even enjoying having an audience.

The strong woman directs you and you seem fixated on her even in waking life. She gives you a clue to her name. Maybe she is the persona of you waiting to direct a song.

Indeed the true music and art come from within and is given through the heart. That is the release.

All of a sudden I was sitting in the middle of the room cross-legged and there was a younger girl (maybe 30 years old) sitting directly across from me in the same position. I asked her who she was, and she said "I'm Debbie, the ghost that watches you." I can sort of remember her face. She had dark shoulder-length wavy hair and was pretty. She was wearing white-robe like clothing.

I only knew 2 debbies in my life. One lived across the street from me when I was very young and she would baby sit my sister and I. The other was my sisters best friend's sister.

What could this mean? Anything? Is there a ghost that watches me?

Deams I am sure are complicated, but not too much and it has some similarity with the images of our day to day life.
Debbie is either or sister's friend or your neighbour certainly. She was trying to remind you as a teacher that whatever you were worrying about before you went to sleep ( or worrying over the previous day) was watched by over by your conscience.
