A bit worried about this dream..., Mysticism, reading, forums, Numerology, Sun Signs, Divination

Hi people,

First post here ^_^... sorry about the length of this dream, but I just want to see what you make of it. I'm not insane and I don't tend to ever remember my dreams, and if I do they are hardly ever as vivid as this one. This one particularly worries me as my girlfriend has just flown away to Ireland last minute for about 3 days for personal reasons which I'm not going to state here, and I'm just worried as she is included in the dream. During the dream, I keep waking up in my bed, but just so that you know, until the end I'm not actually awake properly (ie I was dreaming of dreaming...

)

The dream begins at 12:00. I don't remember seeing this anywhere but it's in my mind. It starts off that a Russian nuke mistakenly hits the Earth's core, and simultaneously, the sun releases some form of outer shell which causes it to instantly go from a summer's day to night time. Meanwhile, this nuke somehow manages to blast a huge chunk of the earth away, such that it's raining red hot rocks of all sizes from the black sky while at the same time the land is sinking into molten lava. I struggle to survive, seeing people all around me slowly dying. Eventually I too sink in and I feel a burning sensation before waking up.
I say waking up, I'm still in the dream but I'm in my bed. The time is 11:40. I suddenly feel really agitated and I rush upstairs to tell my family what's about to happen. Naturally they don't believe that the world would end in 20 minutes. They put the TV on, and on the news there is a graphic of a warhead tunnelling into the Earth, and as it hits the core, the same thing happens as before, rocks, lava, pitch blackness, etc. I feel a burning sensation, and then I wake up again.
I'm not sure what time it is now. I get up, and I start building a thick steel enclosure that I can live in through the rocks and lava etc. My entire family is inside and I tell my girlfriend to come in too. She doesn't make it in time and the rocks and lava and darkness etc all happens again. I hear my own voice shouting in my head "I couldn't save her! I couldn't!" and I feel the rocks pour onto my head and burn through me. I wake up. For real this time.

That's it... again I'm sorry about the length but has anyone had a dream like this before or does it make any kind of sense to anyone? It was so real and intense (and not to mention is really unrealistic!)

This is yet another example of those large scale disaster, end of the world as you once knew it type of dreams. It is on the top 10 list of the most frequent dream varieties.

Generally the problems are more of an emotional nature and are largely within yourself, rather than this dream being precognitive of a major wide scale disaster in your outer world. What this dream appears to be telling you is that while these emotional problems may currently seem insurmountable, it is only because you might perceive them as such.

The mere fact that you were able to successfully dig in and ultimately survive such a large scale man made disaster, while many others unfortunately did not, says something very important and inspiring to me (as it should also be to you).

It tells me that you possess much greater inner strength than you have given yourself credit for in the past, and that your victory is almost inevitable as long as you persevere and perhaps if necessary seek professional help in more fully coming to terms with your feelings, rather than continuing to allow them to get the better of you.

This is therefore in reality a very positive dream for anyone to have (although it may appear quite the opposite on the surface), as it SHOUTS to me that you are a survivor, and that regardless of whatever obstacles have been placed in your path, YOU WILL BE THE WINNER IN THE END!!!!
