#1: The scene suggests a situation in which you may need to see something realistically. (outside) Here this most likely pertains to the egg. Yet the predominant atmosphere surrounding what you are holding or holding onto reflects the idea of innocence but also ignorance. (in a whitish environment) As the egg is a man-made egg, it can simply symbolize a spiritually related idea (the oval shape) – one that requires delicate handling. The crystal would imply the egg shape represents a truth (glass) that seems “crystal clear” and perhaps even quite valuable.
The blue colour implies the idea being dealt with is seen as having spiritual approval. By calling the colour sapphire blue, there is great emphasis upon the value that spiritual approval puts upon the idea being dealt with. (as sapphires are gems) Whatever the idea is, it appears to look good to you; it has much emotional appeal for you.(sure is pretty)
The crystal egg may suggest the idea of a crystal ball for divination. Holding or carrying an egg can also suggest being “egged-on”, i.e.
encouraged or prodded to go on regarding an issue that is delicate, one which one would feel hesitant about. Note that since the crystal is blue, the truth it represents is an emotionally coloured truth.
#2: You appear to be using a very low level of intelligence in a situation (in my basement) The basement may also imply thinking on a subconscious level, without full awareness. Here this is a non-progressive situation. (where I used to live) In such a situation there is a point of view you might warm to, or see with more favour, one not reflecting your highest intelligence. (furnace room) With this point of view you may be looking to the idea of exercising your emotional nature. (look to where my exercise machine is) With this in mind you then look in the wrong direction (to the left) when glancing “up to an angel”, implying also giving it honour and respect.
The angel could be regarded as representing your own idea/concept of angels. It would also represent an aspect of yourself that would appear as angelic, i.e., very very nice, kindly, perhaps acting as a protector or benefactor to others. “A brown angel” would imply a concept or angelic role that appears quite practical. While the concept or angelic aspect of yourself seems to the ideal (slim) it may not be carrying all that much weight or influence in your mind as the slim verges on skinny. (slim but not skinny) The dark brown feathers among the medium brown would suggest the practicality of the concept you have or of this aspect of yourself may contain some unenlightened thinking. The concept or aspect of the self may come across almost as if a law. (almost statue{statute}like)
This concept or aspect of yourself does not speak to you, i.e. it does not really address your concerns or strike a resonating chord within you. You may need to COOL it regarding your angel concept or angelic aspect of yourself and this would not be seen as arrogance. {Not every concept we have come to hold reflects God’s Truth or spiritual truth. Are you perhaps inclined to act as someone’s angel when this would not be the most intelligent course of action? }

A sapphire blue crystal egg may refer to the cosmic egg and the great Shenu, Lapis Lazuli was often carved as eggs to help poeple open to the spirit world.
