I sometimes have precognitive dreams, so that's why I was curious about this particular dream. I was curious to know if seeing someone in a dream whom I haven't seen in a while means that I will see (or hear from) that person again.

However, I recently (the night before last) had a dream about someone else whom I haven't seen in a while, but this person is someone whom I DON'T want to see again. In the dream, I was angry at the person, and I even cursed at them. In real life, I really am angry at the person, and that's part of the reason why I don't want to see them again.

I would say that both dreams are sort of a reflection of how I feel toward those persons -- I long to be reunited with the first person, while I feel angry toward the second person. But why I dreamt with those specific persons, I don't have a clue. The human mind works in mysterious ways.

Ok, then you are starting to move through this yourself.

So you have two dreams - one where you wish to meet someone.
The other where you wish not to meet someone.

Both dreams have the distinct clarity of your feelings on the conscious level.

I wonder where you mind is going with this?

Have fun dreaming.

Keep in touch with the results.

Bright Blessings

I love the way you are 'thinking through' this, Draco. While it is "healthy", do be aware that there is a caveat that I must sound.

As Physicists know now, there are two ways to look at reality: Newtonian and Quantum.

The bulk of science and engineering has so far dealt with the physical, worldly Newtonian reality that gave us science as we know it, and the trains and bridges and airplanes and coffee-makers and icecream machines and fridges and washing machines and pulleys and clocks and yes the machine guns and bombs and the Nuclear threat and the ozone hole perhaps and the climate change if some of the ENGOs are right!

It is sad to see the Quantum explorers, the followers of the energy realm, the new age explorers, use these same concepts and terminology of the Newtonian reality, the Newtonian view to describe, define and 'prove' their worldview!

Perhaps we should stop borrowing terms such as energy and concepts that better describe machines than the 'Human Experience' as I call it.

Therefore, as an example: Reiki is not an energy, that goes through linear thermodynamics, for instance, or something that gets sent to us or something that comes to us.

I have always felt that our awareness moves to embrace it. Yes there is movement involved for want of a better term but to me that is better than imagining some celestial energy zapping through timewarps in order to heal the pain in my elbow ...!

Kind of like how I have always felt about dreams. We do not dream, or we do not go to sleep and dreams come to us, BUT rather, we make it possible through the gift of SLEEP, for US to revisit the dream reality. In other words, the dream reality does not come to a halt when we wake up but rather we MISS a lot of what went on while we were AWAKE between the times that we were asleep!

And these 'gaps' are what lead to so many theories and some wild and some not so wild interpretations -- that are hopefully trying to fill-in the information gaps, essentially!

Too bad, there is no Newtonian or Quantum VCR that allows us to time-shift and record the DREAM REALITY that we missed between two sequential dreams ;-)

My husband has this immense fear that one day I might not return from one of these "journeys"....and that my body will remain here as a living breathing shell....
