Hearing whispers can be part of that between waking and sleeping time.
Do you remember the dreams prior to the whisper?
Does the voice sound familiar?

Hi CC
It happened again last night just before I went to sleep...I heard it (not familiar) woke up and then drifted off to sleep. The only thing I can recognise or seem to, is that it's a woman's whisper.
I might try to record how many time's it happen's, perhap's if I give it some attention it will make sense.

If the conscious mind gives the unconscious mind attention the symbology will flow into the dreams you are having and become less cluttered.
My guess is that the clarity of what is said - now a woman's voice - will be clear.
