I recently had a dream about getting married. I've never been married...never even close. In my dream my boyfriend moves in (2 year long distance relationship) and shortly after we get married. My sister-in-law and best friend help me pick out the most amazing wedding dress in which I feel beautiful. The wedding is beautiful, the church is overflowing with friends and family. My brother gives me away (father is deceased), my sister-in-law was my matron of honor, my best friend was my maid of honor, my brother was my boyfriend's best man. I could see the love in my guy's eyes as I walked down the isle. We exchanged vows and became man and wife. We stayed a couple of hours at a wonderful reception and then headed off for the honeymoon.

Does anyone have any insight as to what this means? I've looked up the basic symbology, but it just doesn't seem to fit. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks for your help!

Is getting married a hope or desire of yours?

Are people around you getting married and this is resting on your mind at sleep?

Your wedding party is up-to-date. Sometimes the deceased are part of the wedding party.

Can you tell me details about the wedding outfits -  bride, bridesmaid, groomsment etc style? fabric? colour?

Hi CC,

Thanks so much for helping me out here. Yes, I hope someday to get married, but it's nothing I foresee happening and no one I know has recently been married or is planning a wedding.  Both my parents are deceased and they are not at the wedding. It's an evening wedding with lots of candle light. Red and white flowers...some roses, others I'm not sure. The groom and groomsmen are in black tuxes with red ties and cumberbuns. The bridesmaids are wearing red dresses with black ribbons at the waist. The are v'd in front and back with spagetti straps with a short black bolareo type jacket, long flowing skirts carrying white roses. My dress is white with red embrodered flowers that trails down the bodice and skirt, v'd in front with a high collar in back, long detailed skirt and train. I have on a teaira and long veil that flows over my shoulders (my face is not covered) and I'm carrying a boquet of red roses. The material seems like silk for the dresses.

Thanks again CC for your help. I look forward to hearing from you!

Maybe the dream is exploring that hope for you in a safe environment. That is that your expectations will not be hurt.

So the dream is currently in the present or past life.

Sounds vampirish

Would the evening be your preferred time for a wedding? If not, why not.

What does the does the colour red and white mean to you?

What does the combination of red and white mean to you?

Would you chose the design for the wedding party as such?

White roses the symbol of purity.

Have you ever had an outfit like the bridesmaids before? If so, what time period?

Would you chose this design in r/l?

I made my first wedding dress to my first marriage in the mid 1980's. It was white with beading and had embroidered red flowers. This was highly unusual for those times. I had white roses which I love but nearly vomited from the smell on my wedding day. The original date was 2nd Feb, but was moved to 9th Feb

Turns out in the 1500's - 2nd Feb- I was a virgin, ritual sacrifice and had white roses over my chest which the blood made red. The thing is I was having hypnosis to help with arthritic pain in my arms and did not believe in past lives. After that I had no arthritus in the lower arms where I was bound from wrist to elbows.

Do you get my drift? Past or present?

The veil represents the protection of the bride against evil forces as her aura is opened to unite with her husband.

What do red and white roses mean to you?

Silk is expensive. You wedding has a feel of importance about it.

Could this be a symbol of promotion, opportunity or some university placement coming for you?

Good luck and thank you for allowing me in.
