I had this dream way back in July 2006, but don't remember the date.

I saw a woman inside an house she was very fair in colour & she was wearing a plain white colour dress. I don't remember what she was doing.... but something happened, something related to a snake, & she got afraid & she ran out of the house.

& when she came out, I was surprised to see that it was my uncle's house & she went & stood behind the window which was attached to the kitchen, she looked ahead & sighed in relief that the snake wasn't following her & rested on the window & closed her eyes & was like calming herself.

Then suddenly a big snake, around 6 to 8 foot in length & almost twice as thick as any normal person's thigh, which was hiding inside the kitchen of the house slide outside from the window on her right side, (it looked like a cat, with fur like cat on it's entire body instead of scales), & came & rested around 5 feet away from her, it was facing her now, then another snake like that slid out of the window on her left side & came & rested next to the first snake, then both got it's hood up, & both kinda looked like cats. but were definately snakes, & they were w8ing for the woman to open her eyes, & I had like a third person's view from next to woman's shoulder, I was scared myself seeing those snakes, & then the woman opened her eyes & shouted a bit & I woke up.

The snakes were really strange, with fur instead of scales & the snakes were very big.

Im not sure how to know if your male or female but this dream tells me your female. The woman actually is you the house is your body and the snake represents to me ill health and fears. snakes can be different symbols according to cultures. I use to abhore snakes but now I see them as healing and wisdom. Is there something your trying to run away from ? Do you feel attacked a lot from an outside source? Feeling trapped and confined . the kitchen represents your own heart and looking within the heart *in the window* is what this dream is telling you.  Going within and finding that calm place will help you deal with your fears. This is what im getting from this dream.

I was very afraid & even now am a bit afraid of Snakes, but I am trying to see the better side of them too. I am Hindu & snakes are seen as GOD's in my culuture (though not all snakes). I have a kinda obsession with Quetzalcoatl, the Plumed Serpent (a Mayan/Aztec God).

I am running away from everything now, I am fed up with everything & not to forgot the constane mental & emotional attacks on me, my family, my capabilites & my honour, I am just fed up of life.

How do I go within & find that clam place??

Me & female?? Welcome to the group of members who have thought I am a female LOL, (I still don't understand why everyone think I am a female). I am a male. (No problemo, not a big deal, no need to apologise or anything).

The snake is but a symbol of your fears.. The going in is to come to terms with "yourself" its never about anything outside yourself. For you see the universe is ONE.. WE are ONE>. the body and your spirit are in conflict. Calming the mind"meditation" can help you find that inner peace when you see a snake you only see a snake. the fear is what you place ON the snake. The snake just IS.. Fear is ignorance of the oneness that all things are connected.. looking within you can see everything "without" for when you come to the calm quiet space that is the real you. You can see that fear is only the mind placing doubts on what is .. Find a good metta meditation online and practice it daily. I am no longer afraid of snakes. I neither hate them or love them. I know they are an aspect of myself. and part of me. as you are part of me and I you. This is hard at first to understand. Think of a tree and a seed.. Go buy a seed  plant it. .In that seed is the tree. but without air.. water,, sun.. earth universe it can not exist or grow .. it is co dependant on all around. :}

we however have both female and male attributes. Perhaps Im seeing your femine aspect within you. female is the nurturing and comforting side and most times when seeing female and snake its about healing.. Like early midwifes,, shamans.. etc
