How do I interprete it?

I would interpret this as you feeling that you are losing your personal power/status with the people around you. You think you have said things that have upset them, or made them think less of you.

If this is the case, hang on, confidence will return. Smooth things out if you can, though!

I have not said anything bad to anybody or done anything bad.
Instead, people have many times taken advantage of me because of that.
