hi there. Snakes in dreams can be a good omen depending on what kind they are. Emerald snakes indicate good fortune and strength. Black snakes indicate bad habits and or external negative forces such as other people saying things about you. Seeing 'dead people' is more of a situation where it lies along the similar lines of out of body OOBE's experiences. Except in this case, seeing and being with dead bodies or people....Seeing live dead people walking about, is indicative of 'seeing' with the third eye or the spiritual eye, those deceased souls walking about here in this earth plane, who are lost, and not at rest. Seeing dead bodies on the floor, is symbolic of seeing lost souls who have not awaken from their sleep, not being awake to the fact that they are deceased, and so they lay dormant in the earth plane, in a coexisting plane of existence that sort of overlays ours. these lost souls tend to be everywhere, mostly in cemeteries, but we who have abilities and dreams, can venture into these realms, just for the sake of receiving a realization that there are numerous kinds and types of afterlife existences before one reaches the realization of a Divine Universe existence and a Dark one. If we get caught into one of these alternate spiritual existences, through our dream state, we just need to acknowledge it, and walk out the door, window, or what ever entrance we walked into to get there. Our inner observer, or a guide disguised as a character in the dream state will stand out amongst the scene and guide you out as if it were just another motion taking place in the dream.
Why you consistently had this dream on Wednesdays, or for many years, I think could be the possibility that someone was trying to awaken your intuition, or your awareness to the reality that the afterlife has many lost souls who need our help to guide them into the Light or next stage of enlightenment. Many of us, tho' don't want to venture there, so it's like a 'take a stab at a living being' and see if he/she will understand what's going on.
I have this happen to me quite often, and it's just a matter of delegating to the angelic realm WHEN I will do this kind of work, not on THEIR time table.
