i too use to get flying dreams.i am lean.but in my dreams i sometimes feel flying in the sky like superman.other times i feel levitating in the air.other times I use to leap to a long distances.
i feel all these are symbols to overcome one's weakness.a struggle innerly to have sound health.may be it is a sign for good health
