Hi I have just been testing out my MB Free Rune Reading Software and I have come accross a problem.  I am not sure if this is the way it is suppose to be but every reading I have done so far with it has only use the reverse meaning of the Runes even when they are up right or don't have a reverse to it.  I find that the meaning of the rune are always negative which comes as a surprise to me as I have been reading or learning about Runes for over ten years now.  I will keep on trying it and if it keeps on coming up negative I think I will just use my runes stone instead as I normally do.

Oh, that's what you meant when we talked about it earlier. (I clearly misunderstood).  That is weird.  I didn't have that problem with my copy.  Maybe there was a change in the software?  Was there any particular spreads you used?  I'll download a new copy and see what I get.

Having downloaded it and asked it questions, and generated the responses with the 3 rune spreads, I found:

6 had a mix of positive and negative (merkstave or reveresed) runes
3 were all negative
1 was positive:



Was not the issue, but thought I should include this info anyway.

With regard to meanings, I ran through some single casts I saw a high percentage of negatives as well (this is what you get, I suspect, with pseudorandom number generation)  but when I tried this, I got positive reads with positive runes:



I'm not dismissing what you saw MoonGoddess, only that I was unable to duplicate it in 20 castings.  Would it be possible to do a screen print and upload the image so Vish and company can look into it?

Unfortunately I haven't screen printed any of them, but things are looking up now with the software.  I will alway still trust my own runes then the software, but have been making progress.  If it happens again I will be sure to screen print to show you all.  Thank you for your insight into this matter.
