Is i normal for my screen to flash whle using MB Free Subliminal Message Software? Also will it still run and show the subliminal messages when I minimize it to the task bar?

I just downloaded the subliminal software and it seems the message flashes (not the whole screen) when it appears. I have it on the lowest setting - 20 miliseconds. The flashing is a bit annoying. I even changed the text color to gray to lessen the contrast. Would it be possible to add an option for the messages to display for 10 miliseconds?

I'm running windows XP.

currently the lowest is 20 millisecnds.... if our research is right that is the bareest minimum level one should keep it at to get the mesage across.
