You are a tad worried that your loved ones won't be quite so tickled about this radical new you -- more radical, that is. Of course, there are always bribes, which have been known to work like a charm.

Taurus:

Filling in that brand-new digit on those first few checks tends to make us all edgy. Might be the fact that another year has passed so quickly and there's a couple of things you wish you'd finished up. Don't let it get you down. Think about everything you have accomplished -- because that's exactly what a certain group of higher-ups are doing. In fact, they've decided it's time for your well-deserved pat on the back -- and maybe a raise or a promotion, too.

Gemini:

It's Day Two of a brand-new year, and the continued absence of a certain far-away loved one may be making you cranky. Well, stop it. Do what you've got to do to reestablish contact, even if it means swallowing your pride and being the first to apologize. If any sign is honestly unaware of just how charming they can be without even trying -- in fact, most especially when you're not trying -- it's you. So right now, no matter how hard a certain someone -- a certain rabidly jealous someone -- tries to 'catch' you doing or saying something that 'proves' you really have a maniacal plan in operation, and you're lavishing attention on someone for an ulterior motive -- well, good luck to them.
