Best crystal for lowering blood pressure, Mysticism, reading, forums, Numerology, Sun Signs, Divination

Hi, this is my first post here!

I have got high blood pressure that seems to be resistant to medication which makes me think its not entirely medical, if that makes sense!
I am wondering if there is a crystal that will lower my BP.
I seem to have a lot of intense emotions (passion and anger mainly) and I am sure that these are only making my BP worse.
Any advice would be really welcome as I clearly have no idea!

I found the best one is Labrodite, It helped mine as I am now off medication for Blood Pressure, I have a pendant and earings and then palm stones. When tense I make sure I wear the pendant and earrings.

I would also suggest Amethyst, Smokey/Smoky Quartz, Blue Lace Agate, Aquamarine, and Moonstone to help with relaxing those emotions and bringing some emotional balance and altering your thoughts during those stressful times.
