My sister and I have bought these Salt Crystal Lamps. They are supposed to purify the air and also used for healing. Does anyone Know anymore about the healing side of them.I did have a list but not anymore.

yeah we used to sell these at the health shop i used to work for.

What it basically does is create an "ocean" environment - if you look at ppl who live close to the ocean they are some of the healthiest ppl around. That is due to 3 major factors and that is:
1) All the great omega 3's they get from all the fresh deep sea fish they consume
2) the green lipped muscles that are so apparent in their diet cures all arthritis and gout
3) the negative ions in the air.

As a quick one - Negative ions have a very very good effect on your system from immune system boosting, memory enhancing, decrease in migraines and any sinus conditions, sleep better, purify the air, smudges the room too etc etc

They really are great! Oh just remembered! Should keep it by the computer or any other electronic equipment as it absorbs the 'bad' waves but also be careful if its in the sun cause it can melt.
