Nope I think the more natural the salt the better - doesn't do as much damage.
I would prob recommend that you go through those links again just to see all the different options again...I like to use water. But that is my personal opinion and choice.
If you like the salt thing then you work with that...just in my case I don't have an endless supply of salt so the water thing works for me as well as the sunlight thing.
What kind of energy are you looking for?
A peaceful, clear thinking energy?

Have a think about what kind of energy you would like to have around you when you are at work.
