I have 2 rose quartz and one amethyst, I would like to know the best way to clean them and how to energize them and also the best way to use in myself (healing, protection or self-help).

In general, I'd like to know which is the best way to use them. I hope this also help others with same doubts.

Hi Patt,

I think I would be interested in hearing too. I am new to MB and not quite sure what direction I am going in. I do know though that crystals do interest me. Does anyone know of any good sites with information on crystals that offer the how to?

I have a single rock it is a sunstone.
A few days after i recieved it i decided to tue it to my energy. After doing this i felt as if i had had it programed to me as a point of reference, to me it aspires me to be like it, so sturdy and solid just like a rock.

Now the past few days have been a little tireing for me as i have been out putting my energy in many directions and its been a while since i picked it up. Having picked it up just a few hours ago i felt my energy reserves bounce back to normal and my joy in life return, just felt as if i unloaded all my darkness upon it.

Easy way to meditate with a rock is to. Firstly clean clear and energise yourself then just find the right frame of mind usually the state where you would be just after clearing your self, then picture all your energy slowly filling you rock linking yourselves together, you just naturally sense when this is complete. Other ideas with working with crystals is to enter them in your mind on the astral plane just for the purpose of seeing what it is already able to do. Also when you enter the rock become one with it.

I get a nice kick out of picking my rock up as it likened to pullning the plug in the sink.

I find that interesting. Where do you believe that energy goes once you pick up your rock? Does it stay there or is it "recycled" and returned in a positive light?

Ok guys, heres a stupid question i'm sure (but remember i am new to this) can any rock have energy. its funny but when i was a teenager i had the infamous "pet rock" but noone understood, they laughed because it made me feel good. my husband (then boyfriend) told me i was crazy and threw it away in a yard. one day we were all sitting in the yard and it was at my feet.
