I read somewhere years ago, that leaving a certain crystal in a glass of water overnight then using the water to bathe your eyes helped with eyestrain and tiredness but i cant remember which crystal it was to use.
can anyone please advise me

Leaving any crystal in water and then using that water in your eyes isn't really recommended. Today's tumblestones and crystals have far too many natural impurities and they could affect the elixir. You could try green aventurine or an apophyllite pyramid on each closed eye for a few minutes. Or failing that cold teabags are brilliant lol!
