Here in the last year I've been trying to figure alot out about myself and what I am "attached" to.  Now at first I didnt even notice the crown opening but I still felt the Spiritual Guidance (be it from internal or external source).  But now that I am extremely aware(altough I still need to achieve more awareness of ALL) about everything I do,say,feel,think,have,want,and need I feel my crown opening 2-3 times a day.  Usually whenever I am becoming melancholy or depressed...

I would just like someone's opinion or idea (call it what you will)....tired of being a full on introvert on this subject.

Do you exercise your other chakras or balance them? It can be rather a bad idea to just try and work on the crown or higher chakras only,
