The middle of my back has been tingling and buzzing everyday for a month now, and the feeling comes and goes throught the day. Just two days ago I felt pain in a small spot on the middle of my back, it was like i had a bruise inside..it hurt to move. It still hurts now but the pain is not as bad and the pain also now comes and goes. Yesterday my chest felt heavy, I got emotions of sadness accompanied with shortness of breath. After I Concentrated on getting rid of the negativity and then the heavyness was gone and I could breath comfortably, instead I started giggling uncontrollably and was filled with so much joy. But as I'm typing this my back is tingling haha
So my main questions are: why has my back been tingling and what's going on with my chakra?

Chakras don't hurt, they don't bruise, you should first check with a doctor that there is no physical problem before assuming it's anything other.

But what about the tingling? its really been bugging me.. anyone have any ideas as to why its happening?
