I am in need of many ways to clear the solar plexus chakra.   It is my only one that seems to get blocked up on a regular basis.   I would like to spend the time in mediatation to get it open on a regular basis, but however I have four children under the age of five that tug at all my time, and a husband that works many hours, so carving out time for myself is rare.

I am looking for quick ways to open it up, even if it means doing it sevaral times a day.  I can always find five minutes here and there- but anything longer realistically does occur in my life at this point.  Thaks for any help.

How do you know it is blocked? What symptoms or signs are you getting?

Things like rushing around, not eating properly are all helped by working on our solar plexus and spleen chakras, but as always work from the bottom up, a firmer base will help the energy flow to all chakras.
