I am just starting to learn about this stuff and I am a little overwhelmed. About two years ago I was getting my very first professional massage. (Awesome, btw) When the woman got up to my head she said something like, "Your chakras are incredibly strong. I have never felt so much energy." Those are as close to her exact words as I can remember. She was doing this cranial massage thing that moved the plates in my skull and it was wonderfully relaxing. The thing is, I don't know what chakras are. I don't know if her statement was a good thing, or a bad thing. I am really curious. I would love to hear from anyone who has some information, either personally, or links and resources. Thank you.
