Why do we feel better when we listen to music? Why does certain rhythms make us happy, sad or moody? Music stimulates the chakras, and each note reverberates in one specific chakra

C or Do reverberates in the first chakra

D or Re reverberates in the second chakra

E or Mi reverberates in the third chakra

F or Fa reverberates in the fourth chakra

G or Sol reverberates in the fifth chakra

A or La reverberates in the sixth chakra

B or Si reverberates in the seventh chakra

Some music can be composed on purpose to balance the chakra. An exemple of this is "The Chakra Suite" By Steven Halpern. If you observe the aura while listening to music you will see a shift in energy towards the higher spiritual chakras rather than the lower, physical chakras.

I love listening to great music and I have found some really nice stuff on the net.  Have you heard , be still my heart ?
and have you heard about "centre point"  ?  they have meditation music .
I tried their free cd and I would love to be able to buy the set.  Just a bit pricy for me.

Try Steven Halpern "Chakra Suite". You'll find it at Amazon.com. Naturist/herb shops may also have it.
