Hi Everybody, I'm Female aged 48. I can able spin my Third Eye Chakra in clock wise and anti-clock wise. Is there any problem in doing like this or what is the meaning of this.

Hi usually clockwise is widnding it up, so energising, and anti clockwise is sedating or calming,  As long as you balance the two no problem lol. But you may get dizzy.

Can you do this to any of your other chakras?
