I heard that ppl can have areas that are damaged ..??? how do they become healed? and how are these areas associated? I mean arms head neck ..or can it go deeper such as ur sexual area is damaged?
I think in egypt they do something like this ..

Debrah,

Reiki can mend damaged or even blocked chakra's. If you know of anyone who does reiki ask them to give you some. They can scan you with their hands or with a pendulum to find the area's most needed.

Yes indeed, you can have damaged chakras, even burst chakras. They can be mended with Reiki or other forms of laying of hands healing. The actual "repairing" will probably help to solve some deeply ingrained emotional and psychological issues. Unblocking the chakras will make one feel more wholesome and healthy.

I am very much interested to open my Chakras.
What should i do to start it?
Secondly, Which chakra, i have to look into firstly in this regard?
Can any one guide me in this regard as i am new in the field.
Any reading material/web link for further study?

Bharat, try to do the grounding meditation exercise I have explained in this post

and then let me know how you felt about it.... That will help to know if there is some area that needs particular help or if we can start on chakra one. I will then certainly send you links.
