I got two questions in mind hopefully I get some answers , appreciate it.

1- about the time of birth, as you know when filling the date and place of birth,either using online or desktop astrology software, there is also a place for time of birth,
I wonder if time of birth has to be converted to local time first or it has to be filled as standard time of the birth place,
as you know the exact birth time could be different than the hospital record on birth certificate.
do astrology software calculate this using latitude and longitude of the birth place?

2- I am trying to learn and find the position of the planet at a  certain day or the coming month, where do I get these data?

I have downloaded the free version of zet ver9 lite, and trying to learn to use it, it gives my chart based on my birth data which is fine, but I want to find out  the position of planet,  and learn the relation of those to my sign.
