This book is written on the similar principle as The Secret - as you seek, you will find, as you think about it, it will become. It gives a very clear explanation of how to think in the present, and not to be disturbed by the past with interesting excercise methods.

I bought this book a couple of months ago and absolutely adore it! While it does have aspects of the secret techniques in it, it also teaches you how to ground and properly correct your chakras. I love this book

A few years ago I read "Creative Visualiation". Holding in mind a concept
of what I desire to attain or have a purpose to pursue is the best looking
I can do according to what I wish to have.
It is not easy for me to visualize in picture form as some will surely
understand what is requested by the author's description.
The concept of looking forward to attain ability to meditate, for instance,
is a projection of idea although similar to looking towards the future
to obtain a desired object or result.
