Svadhisthana, Sacral Chakra
The sacral chakra, located just beneath
the navel is related to our sexual and reproductive
capacity. This chakra is related to guilt, personal guilt
can throw this chakra out of line and when this chakra is
out of line it can cause us to feel guilt.
Balanced: Friendly, concern for others,
sense of belonging, feeling connected to everyone and
everything else, clairsentient.
Excessive energy: Mood swings,
infertility, eating disorders, prostrate disorders, urinary
tract disorders, self-centered and over ambitious,
manipulative, caught up in illusions, overindulgent, seeing
people as sexual objects.
Lack of energy: Isolation in social
situations, shy, timid, overly sensitive, problems with
reproduction, hypersensitive, cold, guilty about having sex,
abused, frigid or impotent.
Illnesses: Kidneys, constipation, muscle
cramps, lack of energy, allergies, inhibition and loss of
weight.
Methods to balance: Dancing, laughing and
having good times with family and friends. |
