Sahasrara, Crown Chakra
The crown connects us with a message from higher
realms. This chakra is located at the very top
of our head and the area above our head.
Religious characters are often seen as having
halos, white/yellow disks spinning around their
heads. This is more then likely that people were
seeing their crown chakra. The crown chakra is
related to knowledge, wisdom, consciousness and
spiritual connection. It governs our ability to
learn, understand and our need to gather
information and know.
Balanced: Feeling of all
creations being equal, sense of humor, psychic
powers and influences intuition, visualization
and good concentration.
Excessive energy: Depression,
Chemical imbalance, withdrawal from social
contact, a constant sense of frustration,
unrealized power, depression, manic
depressiveness and sometimes distant.
Lack of energy: No belief in
higher power and fear.
Illnesses: Stress, worry,
hysteria, headaches and depression.
Methods to balance:
Meditation, guided visualization, peaceful and
