Ajna, Third eye/brow Chakra
The third eye helps control our
imagination and intuition. It allows us to perceive this
world clearly with no clouded visions or judgements; it also
aids out psychic abilities. It allows us to reflect on the
world and people around us and also ourselves.
Balanced: knowledge of purpose,
uniqueness, charismatic and not afraid of death.
Excessive energy: Sleep disorders, vivid
dreams and visions, contradictory thoughts, mental illness,
psychic exhaustion, panic attacks and headaches.
Lack of energy: denial of spirit, self
disruptive, undisciplined, oversensitive to the feelings of
others.
Illnesses: Confusion, mental illness, bad
eyesight, lack of clarity.
Methods to balance: meditation.
