I was just asking Eye of Tiger for some advice on how to "go out of my cave" without getting exhausted while in the company of others. Maybe you know, too. Or do you still stay in your cave?
I seem to be getting worse and worse. There is only one person I can stay with for any length of time without feeling tense and depleted, and I am grateful for that. But most of the time I keep turning down offers to go out because I just cannot stomach company, literally (my stomach knots up after a while, so do my shoulders, neck, jaw, it's absolutely exhausting).

BlueFox, based on my experience as a mystic there is no other prayer. Except that one might add, "Please be gentle with "all" concerned."
