Accidental Ascendant

This is used in horary astrology.

In Horary Astrology time itself is a very important factor in decyphering an Astrogram.

Therefore In Horary Astrology, an Ascendant is found out by the time and date a person requests the Astrogram.

The birth chart of the person asking the question is rotated according to this new or accidental Ascendant, based on the actual time the request for a chart was placed, in order to make horary deductions from the chart.
