This is the local date of birth adjusted to GMT (Adjusted Calculated Date), and would only affect a person who was born at midnight local time...

Depending on whether he is East or West from the Greenwich Meantime Line, his birthday might fall into the previous day (if he is located East of the Line), or the next day (if he is West from the line) and if he then was also on the cusp between two Zodiac Signs, his statistics may change there too.

Depending on whether he is East or West from the Greenwich Meantime Line, his altogether ability abatement into the antecedent day, or the next day and if he again was aswell on the bend amid two Zodiac Signs, his statistics may change there too...
