Heliacal Setting

Setting of star occurs after the Sun sets due to the rotation of Earth and it known as heliacal setting. Stars will be overtaken by the sun and thus the stars are lost in Sun's rays. Heliacal setting or rising of Moon occurs while Moon is within 17 degree of the sun and other stars and planets are within 30 degree distance.
