Leap Year

There will be coincidence between the vernal equinox and the Civil year with the assistance of Sosignines. So Julian calendar will be introduced. It is termed as intercalation of day on certain years. The last year of confusion that is preceded before the introduction of this year will be prolonged for about 445 days. It is every year divisble by 4 such that they don't have remainder and it is termed as leap year. Division by 4 can be done only after the omission of 2 ciphers.
