Lunar Declination

Declination of the Moon is termed as Lunar Declination and they get varied from year to year. Maximum declination will 18 degrees and more. Main reason for this variation is regression of Moon's nodes. Angle of inclination of Moon's apparent path on the celestial sphere to the ecliptic averages to 5 degree and 8 minutes. But the Moon is at vernal equinox, the angle between Moon's apparent path and the equator will be greatest with 23 degree and 27 minutes and 5 degree and 8 minutes must be added to make 28 degree and 35 minutes.
