i used lavender 2- 3 days ago and i got such good sleep! i felt refreshed and have never woken up so fresh in ages!!
but abhishek did the same yest... and he was awake th whole night:(
need to ask him how many drops did he use:(
he ahsnt been sleeping well since a long time now.

I am back ...!! Well its good that you got a real good sleep and its strange y abushek couldnt sleep..

I hope he didn't use too much then the required dose.. ask him how much did he use..!!

ya i think he put too much of it.. since it workd for him first tim when he took the right dose..the next time he took more to b on the safer side( or thats what i feel though he denies it!!)

I have just been diagnosed with migraine headaches. My husband had to call the paramedics to take me to the hospital. I HATE prescription drugs and need something natural to combat them. Can anybody help with this. PLEASE
