When was the last time you sat down and had a nice long heart to heart conversation -- with yourself? Having an internal conversation will do you a lot of good right now, and help you come to terms with a few things that have been difficult for you. Turning to friends and family members for comfort is always a good idea, but ultimately you will find the right answers deep inside of yourself. Right now, you are the best person for the job of taking care of you.

I sometimes find it very difficult to be patient - i'm not sure that i actually exercise patience - i think i usually take on other tasks in an attempt to distract me from what i erally want to be taking place, and i don't think i'm that nice of a person to be around when i am exercising patience in some area of my life.  I usually try to assist other people with their problems, which usually works.  howver, i'm not sure if i am helpful or selfish, as i most probably wouldn't have taken such an interest in them if is was not trying to distract myself from something else.  Although this usually works out in everyone's favour them and mine - is this helping others or a selfish distraction???  I'd love to hear other Aries views on this, and also how they manage situations which require a degree of patience.
