I have a question for people in this forum.

When is the exact date when Aquarius begins?

Unlike the other signs, I've seen widely varying interpretations of that date.

Some websites/books/calendars say that it begins as early as January 19th.

But others say it is January 20th.

Sill others say its January 21st, 22nd, or 23rd.

But then other sources tell me that it begins earlier in a leap year where there are 366 days instead of 365. Apparently, I've read that this is significant if one was born in that type of year.

Are there any takes on this? Can you explain why the date differs so much on this sign and not as much on the other ones?

Can a person choose the date it begins? Is it either, or?
